Customer Omnichannel Manager

The Customer Omni Channel Manager (COCM) is the expert in omnichannel marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on customer needs and customer channel and content preferences.

This role is responsible for translating customer insights into omnichannel actions and advising the Country Brand Lead of the assigned brand and customer group in building the Omnichannel strategy and defining customer engagement goals.

You will be responsible for defining the measurement plan and drive continuous improvement working closely with other COCM’s, Brand Leads, data & analytics medical and channel enablement.

Main responsibilities

• Be the expert for the omnichannel customer marketing for a dedicated customer group and category(-ies)
• Management of content calendars, development of tactical sequencing and execution of the omnichannel campaigns
• Advise on engagement goals for the omnichannel execution
• Support category and Country Brand Lead with creating customer content and recommendations on how to make content omnichannel adapted and orchestrated
• Develop the specific omnichannel mix for assigned customer group
• Define measurement plan and be the analytics expert for continuous improvement and learning across all channels l
• Develop omnichannel best-practices and share actively within category and Customer Omnichannel team

About you

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Ideally 3-5 years or more of omnichannel marketing or digital marketing
• Experience in digital content creation
• Great Project management skills
• Knowledge of measuring digital performance and experience in using Analytics programs
• Have a Digital mindset with a team spirit, pro-active and result oriented attitude
• Dutch (C2) and English (C1)
